“Working with Cayson broadened my horizon with tips that keep my mental health at peace. As athletes we have to separate who we are from how we perform."

— Dell Pettus, Safety, New England Patriots (NFL)

Mental preparation and attitude in sports is what separates serious athletes and everyone else. Make your mind your strongest tool.

WHO WE WORK WITH

BUILT FOR THE WAY
YOU COMPETE

Individual Athletes

One-on-one mental performance coaching to lock in pre-game routines, quiet self-doubt, and respond to adversity without losing the next play. For middle, high school, college, and pro athletes.

Coaching Staffs and Programs

Coach development that helps your staff recognize the mental side, support athletes’ well-being, and reduce program risk — a recruiting and retention edge.

TEAM SESSIONS

Train The Whole Roster

Mental performance workshops for high school, club, and college programs. Every team is different, so every session is built around what your athletes and coaching staff are actually up against.

Athlete’s Advantage

  • Young baseball player taking a lead off base during a club team game

    Middle School / Club Team

    Learn the skills

Middle school is where the mental game gets built or ignored. PSP helps young athletes handle nerves, bounce back from mistakes, and stay confident, so competing stays fun and pressure doesn't take over.

  • High school track athlete clearing the bar in the high jump

    High School

    Develop the habits

Talent gets you on the field; mindset keeps you there. PSP works with high schoolers on confidence, focus, and mental toughness, so they perform their best when it matters most and don't let one bad play spiral.

  • College football player running on the field during practice

    College

    Rise to the occasion

College raises the stakes: faster competition, bigger expectations, a tougher mental grind. PSP builds the mental skills that turn potential into a real college career.

How It Works

  • Free Consultation

    No cost, no commitment

A short call with Cayson. Tell us the athlete, the sport, and what’s getting in the way. We’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.

  • Build the Plan

    Built around your season

We pinpoint the mental skills to train: pre-game routine, focus, confidence, and bouncing back from a mistake. Then we set a schedule that fits practice, games, and travel.

  • Train the Mental Reps

    Where the work sticks

Virtual sessions build the skill. On-field and on-court sessions put it to work inside real in-game motions, so it holds up when the pressure is on.

Simple, Clear Pricing

  • Individual Virtual Session

    $75 / 45 minutes

One-on-one mental performance coaching by video. Available anywhere, so travel and away games are never a reason to miss a session.

  • On-Field / On-Court Session

    $150 / 60 minutes

In person at your field, court, or practice. We train the mental process while the athlete moves through real in-game motions, so it transfers straight to competition.

  • Monthly Performance Plan

    $195 / month
